My girlfriend has been diagnosed with Sever Mood Disorder. What methods best help them & their loved ones?

What can i do to help her when she is going thru her emotional stage, %26amp; what can i do for myself so that i dont get mad %26amp; fall into an argument with her? How do their girlfriend/boyfriend/husband/wife deal with that or them when they are having an ordeal?

Go to theeasyweightloss.com and look in the category "Mood Enhancers!" Give that product a go! It's all natural and it helped me tremendously! It's amazing stuff! It's only like $49
Reply:The Dr will have to try her on meds until they find the right one to help her.

Just keep telling yourself..."She cannot help having this problem."
Reply:If she's been diagnosed, that means she's receiving treatment, so, if she allows you, talk with her therapist or psychiatrist about this very question. You want to work in the same direction as her therapist %26amp;/or psychiatrist so that treatment will be most efficient. Then, if you want treatment for yourself, as one who has a girlfriend who is severely depressed and receiving treatment, then you go see a counselor. As a mental health professional with 20+ years experience, now retired, I can see nothing wrong in that. You'll probably need your own counseling for that very reason. God Bless you.
Reply:Big Daddy ~ She should be diagnosed by a doctor. There is medication for disorders such as hers. Just try to deal with it. She can't help what she feels. Good luck to you both. ;-)
Reply:Have you tried: Loose, green tea (w/o sugar, cream, ect.),

thyroid test (saliva test- NOT THE BLOOD TEST(the blood

test only checks for T4 levels. T4 thyroid is wrapped in

proteins, which can't help the body.)) The T3 thyroid is the

active thyroid that controls every function in the body,

including mood and emotions,

removing: wheat, egg, sugar, coffee, caffeine, alcohol,

saccharine, aspartame, splenda, and alcohol (all of which

are allergic foods), and

drinking more water?

Hope this information helps you and your girlfriend.

All the best to you!
