What is the best tablet to take to help with conceiving?

My fiancee and I have been trying to have a baby for 6 months now and we have had no joy I have been taking Sanatogen pro-natal tablets but they dont seem to work is there anything else I can try?

What is the best tablet to take to help with conceiving?
There is no hard and fast tablet to help you conceive however increasing zinc in a man's diet is apparently meant to help his 'swimmers'!
Reply:Instead of tablets, have you tried making love between day 10 and 16 of your cycle (day one is the first day of last period) make sure he makes you *** first before he does so his swimmers are helped on their journey, and stay lying down for a few hours after.

Good luck.
Reply:You need to see a Dr to be prescribed fertility meds in helping you get pregnant. Also prenatal pills don't help you get pregnant they are vitamins to help keep you healthy while ttc and being pregnant.
Reply:Sanatogen may not be the best manufacturer of vitamins and oils I have looked at the ingredients and the vitamins and minerals are not in the easiest to digest forms. This may be why they are doing that much good. For your oils you should try Efamol's Efamarine (available at some boots or on-line from efamol, the 3 for 2 offer from boots may be cheapest). You should also look at BioCare Adult Multi vitamin/mineral supplement for your vitamins and minerals or you could use the foresight brands.
Reply:my partner and i take sanatogen pro natal his and hers mines in a pink bottle his in a Gray bottle and what this does is makes sure your body is in the right shape vitamin wise as it provides folic acid which is scientifically proven to help the healthy growth of your baby, and 17 other essential vitamins and minerals to help keep you and your baby healthy helping to get your body ready to carry a baby and then you also can use it during pregnancy too, the one for him makes sure he has the right vitamins etc for his sperm to be mobile and healthy swimmers! but i am also on clomid as i do not ovulate regularly, if you are having difficulty conceiving you should make an appointment to see your GP they are your best option.
