Please help me find a loan to buy a new home with horrible credit?

We have great income but horrible credit due to having a fire. We need a house right now and I just feel like we will never get one. If you know anybody who finances people with bad credit it would be helpful. And I WILL NOT BE SCAMMED SO DONT TRY!Thank you honest people.

Please help me find a loan to buy a new home with horrible credit?
Don't plan on buying a home through a bank. However, you might find people who do "owner financing" when selling a home. Alot of people who own alot of rental property are often willing to sell the houses, and carry the note until you get it paid off.

Good luck!
Reply:I would look for a lease to own option, they are out there
Reply:If you have great income and little debt then you should have no problem coming up with 20% down plus closing costs and that will only make it a possibility, but improve your odds . If your debt to income ratio is high (many cards, loans etc) . Then in todays market and credit as tight as it is it is not going to happen. And if you keep applying for loans for a lost cause that will lower your credit number even more. Fix your credit, save up some money and in a year or two you might be able
Reply:Bryce you failed to mention if you've been to lenders in your area? I don't advise using anyone on the internet. How can you be sure if you haven't talked with several lenders?

If you have and they've told you to work on repairing your credit, then why are you seeking our help? That actually is very sound advise. Work for a couple of years on repairing your credit. Then you find a lender to work with you to buy a home.

I do wish you the best.
Reply:You can go with a broker that does FHA loans. FHA loans look at income and not credit!

Best of Luck.
Reply:Many people have been stuck with bad credit for a long time. For such people, bad credit home loans are a real blessing. This loan gives an opportunity for such people to also own a house. Normally, when lenders dispense such loans, they ask for the credit%26lt;!--score and analyze it. However, in the case of a bad score, the lender does not ask for the credit score. So even if you have a poor credit score, you can avail this home loan without any worry. How do you choose the best deal for a home loan?

It is of utmost importance that every borrower should do a lot of research and find out who is the lender best suited to his needs. Even when you are opting for a home loan when your credit history is not good, you can look around and choose all that is best suited to your financial--%26gt;situation. You do not have to take the very first opportunity that you get only because you suffer from bad credit. If you have such an attitude and go in for a long with a high interest rate and tough repayment schedule, then only you will suffer. You may end up being not able to meet the commitment and this may worsen your financial credit score.
