I remember reading that there are certain remedies that can be made at home which you put into a bath which will help reduce bloating for a couple of hours/that night. my prom is coming up so i was hoping someone knew what i was talking about it could also say their source as well thanks!

Reply:I don't know about anything for the bath but if it's gas you can take Gas X or Phazyme. If it's water retention drink lots of water to flush it out or you can buy Diurex.
