Will the following help to lose belly weight?

Walking each day on a treadmill for 30 to 60 minutes, a rep or two of the bicycle exercise, and cutting down on calories. Example, replacing sodas and sugary drinks with water, laying off snack foods, and watching calories. Will this help me lose belly fat?

Will the following help to lose belly weight?
not unless you gorge yourself with anything else

Reply:i do nmearly the same thing, it works but don't over do it as in doing it for over 4 hours or you'll find repiring your leg muscles HEll!
Reply:ive been doing almost the same thing for a pretty long time now. if you usually do like nothing to try to shape up, then it will most likely help. however, to lose belly fat you will have to do a combo of cardio and more stomach exercises. and still cut down on ya eating, good luck :)
